To respect our stylists’ time and other clients who are waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. ❌ No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be considered a No-Show. In this case: • A 50% no-show fee will be charged. • Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. ⏰ Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice): If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice: • A 50% late cancellation fee will be applied. • This helps compensate our team for the time set aside for you. 💳 Card on File: To secure your appointment, we may require a valid credit/debit card on file. Fees for no-shows or late cancellations will be charged to this card. 🤝 Our Goal: We value your time and ours.
