Cancellation Policy
Hello! 👋🏾 We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect our stylists’ time and other clients who are waiting for appointments, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
❌ No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be considered a No-Show. In this case:
• A 50% no-show fee will be charged.
• Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
⏰ Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice):
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice:
• A 50% late cancellation fee will be applied.
• This helps compensate our team for the time set aside for you.
đź’ł Card on File:
To secure your appointment, we may require a valid credit/debit card on file. Fees for no-shows or late cancellations will be charged to this card.
